Open Presentation
- Presentation Period: April, October
- The thesis presenter should distribute handouts (20 pages [A4] or so) to the audience.
Preliminary Examination
- The thesis presenter has to submit printed copies of the thesis to examiners at least one week before the preliminary examination date
※ 3 copies for master’s degree, 5 copies for doctoral degree. - Preliminary examination period: May, November
Thesis Examination (Oral Presentation)
- The thesis presenter must follow the instructions from the preliminary examination of the thesis to alter the first draft and submit a revised version to the examiners at least one week before the oral presentation date
※ 3 copies for master’s degree, 5 copies for doctoral degree. - Thesis examination (oral presentation) period: Mid-May, Mid-November
Submission of Printed Copy of Thesis
- Eligibility: Candidates who have passed the thesis examination by the department
- What to submit: Printed copies stamped by the examiners and thesis supervisor and a soft copy
- Submission period: Early June, Early December
Revising committee will examine the submitted thesis once again before awarding a degree in order to determine whether the thesis has a defect in terms of style and structure.
Thesis Submission to Graduate School & Library
- Eligibility: Candidates who have passed the final thesis examination by the revising committee
- What to submit: Printed copies stamped by the examiners and thesis supervisor
- Submission period: Mid-July or Mid-January
