Attached is the application form for course registration.

 

Students must fill out and submit this form to the Graduate School Office if they wish to make changes with their courses after course registration period.

- Add/Drop courses

- Register a course offered by a different department

- Register the 'Graduation Thesis' course for students who applied for thesis replacement, etc.
