All students scheduled to present their thesis during the Spring 2026 semester are required to complete the research ethics course. This course aims to help researchers acquire the values and standards of conduct necessary for responsible research practices.
1. Lecture Name: Research Ethics for Graduate Students
2. Target: Students who have applied for thesis presentation during the current semester (individual text notifications will be sent to eligible students)
3. How to Take the Course:
A. Complete the course online through the Learning Management System (교수학습지원센터) (for students of the general Graduate School and Graduate School of Education)
B. Log in to the EDWARD system -> access the Learning Management System -> My Classroom Home -> Extra-Curricular Programs -> select the course
C. Choose and complete either the Korean-language or English-language version of the course for your academic division
D. Course completion is recognized when the selected course (either Korean or English) reaches a progress rate of 50%
4. Course Content: Video on research ethics tailored to each academic division (approximately 2 hours in length)
5. Course Period: Mon, June 1 - Fri, June 12, 2026
6. Important Notice: Failure to complete the course may result in disadvantages during the final thesis examination process.
