Those who wish to stay in the dormitory during the 2026 summer vacation period should answer the questions below and apply by 1pm Thursday, June 4th.

2026 Summer Vacation Dormitory Operation and Fee Information

1. Operation Period:
From dinner Tuesday, June 23, 2026 to breakfast Saturday, August 15, 2026

2. Dormitory Fee
o Maintenance Fee: ₩489,000
o Meal Fee: ₩480,000
(Choose one meal plan: Type A — 2 meals on weekdays, 3 meals on weekends/holidays; or Type C — No meals)

3. Payment Period:
9am Wednesday, June 10, 2026 - 6pm Friday, June 12, 2026

4. Payment Method:
Print the acceptance certificate from the EDWARD system and pay individually within the designated period. (Application will be cancelled if you do not pay within the payment period)


Dormitory Stay During Closure Period

1. Closure Period:
From Saturday afternoon, August 15, 2026 to Friday afternoon, August 28, 2026

2. Dormitory Fee: ₩117,650
o No meal service provided

Please note: due to dormitory maintenance during the summer vacation, room changes may occur during the closure period.
If you are not staying in the dormitory for the Spring 2026 semester, you may not stay in the dorm during the closure period.

Important Notes:
•Only Mideumdong (male twin room) and Somangdong (female twin room) will be open.
• If dormitory fees are not paid within the period, the selection will be canceled.
• Applying does not guarantee selection. Dormitory selection results will be available on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 via [EDWARD System → Myunggyo Dormitory → Selection → Accepted Applicants Inquiry (Student)].
