1. Thesis Presentation Withdrawal Application

  a. Application Period: Monday, April 20 - Friday, June 12, 2026

  b. Eligibility: Students who have submitted a thesis defense application but are unable to proceed with their defense within the prescribed period, and whose theses have not yet undergone formal examination. (Note: Withdrawal requests will not be accepted for thesises that have already entered the examination process.)

  c. Submission Procedure: Complete the “Application for Withdrawal from Degree Thesis Defense” form (refer to the attached file 학위청구논문 발표 포기 신청서) and submit it to the Graduate School administrative office.

  d. Refunds will be processed monthly for applications submitted within the designated withdrawal period.

2. Thesis Title Change Application

  a. Application Period: Monday, April 20 - Friday, June 12, 2026

  b. Students seeking to change their thesis title due to valid reasons must submit a request via the EDWARD system.

  c. Application Method: EDWARD System → Academics → Graduation → Thesis Title Change Request

  d. All requests require approval from the student’s academic advisor (EDWARD시스템 → 공통 → 시스템 공통 → 업무결재관리) before final authorization.

  e. Confirm the supervisor’s approval and have the administrative office update the revised thesis title in the academic records.

  f. Please check that the title has changed in the EDWARD system (Academics → Records → Student Records → View Student Information → Publctn Mgmt → Publictn Assessmt Rslt → Title)
