Spring 2026 Course Withdrawal Information

The following is information regarding the Spring 2026 course withdrawal application period. Please refer to the information and register within the correct application period.

1. Period: Monday, March 23 ~ 5pm Tuesday, March 31 

2. Eligibility: Students who registered for courses for the Spring 2026 semester (does not apply to completed students)

3. How to Apply : Fill out the attached application and submit to cyy@kmu.ac.kr or to Dongcheon Hall room 201

4. Notices

   a. The withdrawn courses are marked as "invalid" in the course details of the EDWARD System [학적기본관리/Academic Information], and are included in the allowed credits (up to 9 credits per semester).

   b. Withdrawn courses are not shown separately on the transcript.

   c. Please consider wisely as it is not possible to apply for other courses after applying for the withdrawal.
