Application for Foreign Language Exam Replacement

 

1. Application Period: March 23, 2026 (Mon) - June 7, 2026 (Sun)

2. Application Method

1. Log in to the EDWARD System

2. KOR: 학사행정→졸업→졸시/외시관리→「외국어시험대체신청」→추가/저장

    ENG: Academics > Graduation > Qualification Examination > Foreign Language Examination Replacement > Add/Save

3. Click Add, enter the information of your foreign language test score, attach a scanned copy of the original certificate, and then click Save

<You don't need to submit the original certificate in person>

 

3. Criteria for Replacement Recognition(For enrolled students who have registered for at least one semester and students who have completed coursework)

 

4. Result Confirmation: Available after June 22, 2026 (Mon) through the following methods:

a. EDWARD시스템 → 학적기본관리 → 졸시/외시

    EDWARD System > Academics > Records > Student Records > View Student Information > Graduation Exam/Foreign Language Exam

b. EDWARD시스템 → 학사행정 → 졸업 → 예비졸업사정관리 → 대학원졸업자가진단

    EDWARD System > Academics > Graduation > Pre-Graduation Evaluation > 대학원졸업자가진단

 

5. Note: International students admitted in Spring 2026 who already submitted their TOPIK (TOPIK IBT) level 4 or higher at the time of admission do not need to apply separately. The administration office will process the application in bulk.
