Notice for Application for the Foreign Language Exam for the Spring 2026 Semester

 

1. Application Period: March 23, 2026 (Mon) - March 30, 2026 (Mon)

 

2. Eligibility: Enrolled students who have registered for at least one semester and completed students

 

3. Exam Date, Time, and Venue: April 4, 2026 (Sat), 11:00 AM. 

                                              The examination room will be announced later.

 ▣ Subjects and Passing Scores

 

4. Application Method

 - After submitting the application and saving it, the application result will be displayed (No.8 on the picture below).

   

EDWARD system > Academics > Graduation > Qualification Examination > Foreign Language Examination

5. Photo Registration for the Exam Slip

  KOR: EDWARD 시스템 → 학사행정 → 학적 → 학적기본관리에서 본인 사진 등록여부 확인

  ENG: EDWARD System > Academics > Records > Student Records > View Student Information (Please check whether your photo is registered.)

   - Students without a registered photo must submit their photo by email by March 30 (Mon) (chaeun080@kmu.ac.kr - Include your Student ID number and name)

 

6. Exam Results (Score) Announcement: After April 15 (Wed)

  [Can be checked in the following two ways]

  a. EDWARD 시스템 → 학적 → 학적기본관리 → 졸시/외시 → P/F 표시됨

     EDWARD system > Academics > Records > Student Records > View Student Information > Graduation Exam/Foreign Language Exam > Check the status (P or F)

  b. EDWARD 시스템 → 학사행정 → 졸업 → 예비졸업사정관리 → 대학원졸업자가진단

     EDWARD system > Academics > Graduation > Pre-Graduation Evaluation > 대학원졸업자가진단

 

7. Notes

  - Dictionaries and electronic devices are not allowed during the exam.

  - Any cheating will result in disciplinary action and automatic failure according to university regulations.

  - For information on recognition of foreign language substitution, please refer to the notice on the Graduate School website.

  - Information regarding foreign language special lectures during the vacation period will be announced later on the website.
