1.  Tuition Fee Payment Period and Details

2. Date of tuition bill payment: Can be printed from the EDWARD System starting Thursday, February 12

3. How to print a tuition bill 

A. EDWARD 시스템 → 학사행정 → 등록 → 등록 대상자 → 등록금고지서 출력

B. EDWARD 시스템 → 마이메뉴 → 등록금고지서 출력

○ Installment Payment for Enrolled students

1. Eligibility: Students who wish to pay in installments due to financial difficulties

* Who are not eligible for installment payment

- Those who took classes during school break, students in their first semester (freshmen, re-admitted students, transfer students), applicants of KOSAF, 

students whose graduation was delayed, whose tuition fee is less than 1,000,000 KRW, those who submitted the Return to School application during the 3rd round, 

those who failed to apply for installment payment in time

 

2. Application period: Thursday, February 12, 08:00 ~ Friday, February 13, 16:00  

3. Application Method

EDWARD 시스템 → 학사행정 → 등록 → 분납 및 환불관리 → 등록금분납신청

4. Payment Period & Receiving Bank

A. 1st round of payment: Friday, February 20, 2026, 09:00 ~ Wednesday, February 25, 18:00, iMBank - all branches

B. 2nd round of payment: Wednesday, March 11, 2026 09:00 ~ Friday, March 13, 18:00, iMBank - all branches

C. 3rd round of payment: Thursday, April 2, 2026, 09:00 ~ Friday, April 3, 18:00, iMBank - all branches

D. 4th round of payment: Wednesday, May 6, 2026, 09:00 ~ Thursday, May 7, 18:00, iMBank - all branches

 

5. Payment Method: Internet banking, phone banking, CD/ATM machines, and bank counters (The payment is made to the individual tuition fee payment account. Please, not that fees may be charged for remittances to other banks)

 

6. Periods of printing the tuition bill

A. 1st period: Friday, February 20, 09:00 ~ Wednesday, February 25, 18:00

B. 2nd period: Wednesday, March 11, 09:00 ~ Friday, March 13, 18:00

C. 3rd period: Thursday, April 2, 09:00 ~ Friday, April 3, 18:00

D. 4th period: Wednesday, May 6, 09:00 ~ Thursday, May 7, 18:00

※ How to print: EDWARD 시스템→학사행정→등록

 

6. Notes

A. Student who fail to pay during the 1st installment period will have their installment plan cancelled, and the full tuition will be billed.

B. Installment payments are only available to those who have applied for them.

C. After the installment approval is completed, the student must print the tuition bill and pay.

D. Students using installment payments must pay the full tuition for the semester in order to apply for a leave of absence or withdrawal.

E. If the installment payment is not made within the designated period after the first installment, the student will be dismissed, and the amount already paid will be refunded according to relevant regulations.

F. If the student fails to pay by the due date for the installment, they will be excluded from the installment program for the next semester. 

G. If an applicant for installment payment is eligible for a scholarship that is paid afterward, they must pay the tuition in full to receive the scholarship.
