Ceremony Program, Gowns, Diploma Certificate

Category	Content
Program	- Opening Ceremony, the Pledge of Allegiance, Bible reading/praying, Academic Report - Degree Awarding (Master's students: one representative per graduate school; doctoral students: awarded individually - Excellent Thesis Award Ceremony, Graduating Class Representative's speech, Festive Song, singing the School Anthem, Closing Ceremony
Gowns	- Doctoral: Individual rental ※ Gown rental: Search ‘학위복’ in Naver - Master's: Dongcheon Hall Room 213 (On the day of the ceremony, 09:00~16:00. Please, bring your ID card)
Diploma Ceritificate	- Time: Friday, February 20, 09:00~16:00 ※ The degree certificate must be collected in person (no re-issuance if lost) - Place: Dongcheon Hall Room 213 ※ From Monday, February 23, 2026, certificates will be distributed at Dongcheon Hall Room 201 (Graduate School Administration Office)

Degree Awarding Ceremony (Assigned Seating)

1. Degree Awarding Ceremony and Assigned Seating Information

  - Doctoral: All recipients will receive their degree certificate on stage (assigned seating applies)

    · Participants details will be announced later

    · Those who do not arrive by 10:40 or are not wearing academic gown will be excluded fro the list
    · The August 2025 degree recipients do not need to bring their diploma certificate

  - Master's: One representative from each graduate school (One person from each graduate school will receive the degree certificate on stage)

    · All other recipients, except the representative, will be seated in designated seating blocks with open seating (Assigned seating will be provided only for recipients who request it. Details will be announced later by each graduate school)

 

2. Degree Certificate Case
  - After the ceremony, the degree certificate case must be returned to the ceremony staff

3. Photo Wall: Dongcheon Hall, 1st floor loby

 

4. Notices

  - Detailes regarding assigned seating for doctoral and master's graduates will be announced later by each graduate school.

※ Assigned seating policies for master's graduates vary by the graduate school; please contact your respective graduate school for details.

Parking

1. Parking Validation(Free):  Free parking is available on the day of the ceremony only upon presentation of the ceremony program.

 

2. Parking Areas: Uiyang Hall, Main Building vicinity, Keimyung Art Center etc. (designated on-campus parking areas)
  - Parking congestion is expected. (Public transportation is strongly recommended)
