3. Viewing Course Schedule

   a. EDWARD system -> Academics -> Courses -> View Course Schedule

   b. Graduate School Website -> scroll down to [CLASS SCHEDULE] -> choose Graduate School ->select department and view schedule


4. Important Notes

   a. Courses are subject to change due to department or instructor availability even after course registration.

   b. Detailed course operations and announcements for each course can be found in the course syllabus and within the Faculty and Learning Support System (LMS).

   c. Courses without an assigned instructor will be finalized later through the instructor hiring process.

   d. If you need to register for an undergraduate course as a prerequisite, please do so during the undergraduate course registration period.

     ※ Undergraduate course registration must be completed within the designated period (1st round: Feb 2-5 / Course Adjustment: Mar 3-5). Please note that the undergraduate course registration period differs from the graduate course registration period, so be sure to check in advance.

     ※ For prerequisite courses, please contact the department to confirm the list before registering.

   e. In cases where it is not possible to register via the EDWARD system (such as courses from other majors, prerequisite courses, or an additional 3 credits for doctor's program), submit the application form below (수강신청서 (타전고으 선수과목, 박사과정 3학점 추가) to the administration office via in person or email.

     ※ The application form must be signed by the professor in charge of the course (담당교수) and the head of the department (학과장).

     ※ Application for courses from other majors, prerequisite courses, or an additional 3 credits for doctor's program: cyy@kmu.ac.kr

     ※ Combined Bachelor's-Master's Program: lee.yuna@kmu.ac.kr      

     ※ For doctoral students, only those who are currently enrolled, have completed two or more semesters of registration, and achieved an average grade of 95 or higher in the previous semester are eligible to apply for an additional 3 credits.

    f. The student number(학번) for new students will be generated in mid-February, and a notification will be sent once it has been issued.
