2026 Spring Semester Credit Registration Notice

Graduate students who are eligible for credit registration are requested to submit the application form accordingly.


1. Target (Only currently enrolled students may apply. Students expected to complete their program in February 2026 are not eligible for credit registration.):

    a. Students who have exceeded the standard period of study (Master’s/Doctor's: 4 semesters; Integrated: 8 semesters) but are short of 3 or fewer credits required for completion in the 2026 Spring semester.
      ※ Students who lack more than 3 credits required for completion are considered regular registrants, not credit registrants, and are therefore excluded from eligibility (full tuition payment required).

    b. Students who wish to enroll in more than 9 credits at their own discretion.

      ※ Doctoral students with an average GPA of 95 or higher in the previous semester who apply to take an additional 3 credits are not subject to credit registration. In such cases, a separate course registration form must be submitted to the administrative office during the course registration period.


2. Required Documents:

    a. Application form (attached below)
    b. Transcript


3. Submission Period: Thursday, January 22 - Friday, February 6, 2026

    ※Only email submission is permitted on Fridays January 23rd, 30th, and February 6th as the administration office will be closed.


4. Submission: Either in person at the Graduate School Administration Office (Dongcheon Hall room 201) or via email (cyy@kmu.ac.kr).


5. Notice

    a. The fee per credit is calculated as one-ninth of the enrolled students’ tuition. Since credit registration cannot be canceled once submitted, students registering for more than 9 credits are advised to exercise special caution.
    b. The 2026 Spring semester course schedule can be found at: EDWARD system -> Academics -> Courses -> Enrollment -> View Course Schedule. Please apply after checking the course schedule.
