This is a notice for applying for change of academic records for the Spring 2026 semester. Please refer to the attached files.

A. Return from Leave Application

Applications open from January 2, 2026 (Fri) at 10:30 AM
(Applications close at 4:00 PM on the final day of each application round.)

※ Students planning to apply for on-campus housing must apply during the 1st return-from-leave application period.

  • Dormitory application deadline: January 8 (Thu)

  • Dormitory applications are only available to students with enrolled status, so please adhere strictly to the return period.

※ Tuition invoices for 3rd-round return applicants will be issued after March 3 (Tue).
If you need to submit a tuition invoice to an external institution, please apply during the 1st or 2nd application period.

Leave without enrollment (tuition paid upon return)

Leave with Enrollment

Full tuition credited

(No payment required upon return)

Half tuition credited

(Pay half tuition upon return)

No credit

(Pay full tuition upon return)

  • Jan 13 (Tue) – Mar 30 (Mon)

Feb 20 (Fri) – Apr 6 (Mon)

Apr 7 (Tue) – Apr 24 (Fri)

From Apr 25 (Sat) onward

※ For students taking leave after paying tuition, the amount of tuition substituted for the return semester depends on the leave application date.


5. Notice

  A. Please make sure to review the attached file carefully to avoid disadvantages such as rejection (non-approval) of your application.
  B. Tuition payment periods vary depending on the return-from-leave application round. Please take this into consideration when applying.

※ The following is our university's temporary holidays. Please note that visits or phone calls will not be possible on these days.
