This is a notice regarding application for readmission for the 2026 Spring semester. Those wishing to apply, please do so within the correct period.

1. Subject: Students who dropped out of or were expelled from the Graduate School (excluding those who were expelled due to disciplinary action)

2. Readmission Schedule (schedule may be subject to change):

3. How to Apply and Submission Documents:

   a. How to Apply: Submit readmission application to the Graduate School Administration Office (Dongcheon Hall room 201) after applying via EDWARD system.

   ※ EDWARD system (login) → Academics → Records → Leaves/Returning/Univ. → Add → for 'Requesting Reg. Status Type choose 재입학 → Save → Apply → Cell phone authentication → Submit document to administration office

   b. Submission Documents: 1 copy of readmission application

4. Criteria for Readmission:

   a. Readmission shall be granted, subject to available vacancies, upon completion of the prescribed procedures.

   ※ If there are more applicants than the quota, readmission will be permitted based on earned credits and average grade (including Fs)

   b. Readmission shall be limited to the same semester or a lower semester than that at the time of expulsion.

   c. If the department (major) has been discontinued since drop-out/expulsion, please contact the administration office.

5. Notice

   a. Credits previously earned and registered semesters of readmitted students shall be fully recognized.

   b. Any academic status changes (including leaves of absence) for readmitted students shall be recalculated anew, excluding records prior to dismissal.

   c. Failure to pay the tuition fee (including the readmission fee) within the designated period shall result in cancellation of readmission.

   d. Leave of absence during the first semester after readmission may be applied for only after payment of tuition.
