Those who wish to stay in the dormitory during the 2025 winter vacation period should answer the questions below and apply by Thursday, November 27 at 13:00.
2025 Winter Vacation Dormitory Operation and Fee Information
1. Operation Period:
From Tuesday, December 23, 2025 (dinner) to Saturday, February 14, 2026 (breakfast)
2. Dormitory Fee: ₩953,000
o Maintenance Fee: ₩477,000
o Meal Fee: ₩476,000
(Choose one meal plan: Type A — 2 meals on weekdays, 3 meals on weekends/holidays; or Type C — No meals)
3. Payment Period:
From Wednesday, December 10, 2025, 9:00 AM to Friday, December 12, 2025, 6:00 PM
4. Payment Method:
Print the acceptance certificate from the EDWARD system and pay individually within the designated period.
Dormitory Stay During Closure Period
1. Closure Period:
From Sunday afternoon, February 15, 2026 to Wednesday afternoon, February 25, 2026
2. Dormitory Fee: ₩97,130
o No meal service provided
Please note: due to dormitory maintenance during the winter vacation, room changes may occur during the closure period.
Also, if you are not staying in the dormitory for the 1st semester of 2026, you may only stay until Saturday, February 14, 2026.
Important Notes:
• If dormitory fees are not paid within the period, the selection will be canceled.
• Applying does not guarantee selection. Dormitory selection results will be available on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 via [EDWARD System → Myunggyo Dormitory → Selection → Accepted Applicants Inquiry (Student)].
