Please refer to the following notice about application for the 2025 Fall semester foreign language exam.

1. Application Period: September 2nd-17th

2. Qualification for Application: Enrolled and completed students in at least their first semester

3. Test Date and Place: 11am Saturday September 27th 2025, Dongcheon Hall (classroom number will be announced at a later date)

4. How to Apply

- Once you apply and press save, you can see your application status (number 8 on the picture below)

5. Registering photo for test application

 : EDWARD system → Academics → Records → Student Records → View Student Information → Check whether you have a photo under Academic Info

    -Students without a photo must submit a photo via email (lee.yuna@kmu.ac.kr - include your name and student ID number) by September 15th.

6. Checking Test Scores: After October 20th

[You can check by the following two methods]

   a. EDWARD system → Academics → Records → Student Records → View Student Information → Graduation Exam/Foreign Language Exam → P/F

   b. Number 9 on the picture above shows whether you passed or failed

7. Miscellaneous

  - The use of dictionaries or electronic devices is strictly prohibited

  - Cheating will result in disciplinary action or disqualification based on school regulations

  -A notice will be released at a later date about substituting the foreign language exam and vacation foreign language special course.
