We are pleased to announce the implementation of the 2025 Academic Research Paper Support Program and encourage active participation from eligible graduate students.
1. Application Period
Monday, June 2, 2025 – Friday, June 13, 2025
2. Application Procedure
Submit your application through the EDWARD system:
EDWARD System → Academic Affairs → Graduation → Academic Research Paper Application
After applying online, print the application form, obtain signatures from your advisor and department head, and submit it to the Graduate School Administrative Team.
3. Eligible Applicants
Current students enrolled in their 1st to 3rd semester at the Graduate School and research-registered graduates (연구등록한 수료자).
4. Evaluation Method
Applications will be reviewed based on the submitted documents, including a research proposal of at least two A4 pages.
The Selection Committee will assess the research proposals considering criteria such as research purpose and necessity, methodology, academic contribution, and expected outcomes.
5. Number of Awards
Six projects will be selected: four from currently enrolled students and two from graduates, based on the highest total scores from committee evaluations.
6. Announcement of Results
Between Wednesday, June 25 and Friday, June 27, 2025. Selected applicants will be notified individually.
7. Disbursement of Support Funds
Upon submission of the departmental committee’s evaluation report, verification certificate, and a copy of the academic research paper, funds will be aggregated monthly and disbursed accordingly.
