We would like to inform you of the details regarding the 2025 Spring Semester Graduation Examination. All eligible students are requested to apply within the designated period.

2. Eligibility (for enrolled students and those who have completed coursework)

Must have completed at least 4 semesters of regular enrollment and earned (or be expected to earn) at least 24 credits. (Students in the integrated bachelor’s-master’s program must have completed at least 3 semesters.) |
Doctoral |
Must have completed at least 4 semesters of regular enrollment and earned (or be expected to earn) at least 36 credits. |
Integrated Master's and Doctoral Program |
Must have completed at least 6 semesters of regular enrollment and earned (or be expected to earn) at least 60 credits. |
※ Students must meet both the required number of enrolled semesters and the credit requirements (including credits expected to be earned in the 2025 Spring Semester, for current students) to be eligible for the graduation exam.
※ Students who have submitted an early graduation application or a withdrawal form from the integrated program should apply through the administrative office.
3. Application Period
May 8 (Thu) – May 15 (Thu), 2025, by 3:00 PM
During the application period, you may change your exam subjects via the EDWARD system. (After the deadline, contact the administrative office.)
4. How to Apply
EDWARD System → Academics → Graduation → Graduation/Foreign Language Exam Management → Graduation Exam Application → Select Exam → Choose Subjects (from completed courses only) → Add → Save → Print → Confirm with Subject Instructor → Confirm with Academic Advisor → Confirm with Department Chair → Submit the application to your department.
※ Departments will collect and submit all applications to the administrative office.
※ Courses recognized through credit transfer or prerequisite courses are not eligible for the graduation exam.
5. Exam and Grade Submission Period
May 21 (Wed) – May 28 (Wed), 2025
Please contact the course instructor directly for information on the exam schedule and location.
6. Number of Exam Subjects
Master’s Program: 3 subjects
Doctoral and Integrated Programs: 4 subjects
※ This is the maximum number of subjects you may take at one time.
※ You may take the graduation exam after completing your coursework.
※ If you do not pass, you may retake only the subjects you did not pass in the next exam period.
7. Passing Criteria
You must score at least 70 out of 100 in each subject to pass.
8. Grade Confirmation
Results will be available from Monday, June 2, 2025
