Notice on Tuition Fee Payment for Graduate Students in the 2025 Spring Semester (including installments)
1. Registration for Current Students
- Payment Period and Eligible Students
- · Period: February 19, 2025 (Wed) 09:00 – February 24, 2025 (Mon) 18:00
Payments can only be made until 18:00 on February 24, 2025; after this time, payments will not be accepted.
- · Banks for Payment: iM Bank, Industrial Bank of Korea, NongHyup (All branches)
Payments can be made via internet banking, phone banking, CD/ATM machines, or at bank branches.
- · Eligible Students: Currently enrolled students (including those applying for 1st and 2nd readmission and 1st-time credit registration).
2. Installment Payment for Current Students

Eligibility: Students who wish to apply for installment payment due to financial difficulties, among those who are required to pay tuition.
Exclusions from installment payment application:
- · Students taking seasonal courses, first semester students (for new admission, re-admission, or transfer students), students applying for student loans from the Korea Student Aid Foundation, students deferring graduation, students whose tuition fee is less than 1,000,000 KRW, students applying for 3rd-time readmission, and students who have failed to pay tuition in previous installment periods.

Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via bank counter, internet banking, phone banking, or CD/ATM machine (Payments will be transferred to the designated tuition payment account. Note: transfer fees may apply when transferring from a different bank.)

- · 3rd Installment Payment Bill: April 3, 2025 (Thu) 09:00 – April 4, 2025 (Fri) 18:00
- · 4th Installment Payment Bill: May 7, 2025 (Wed) 09:00 – May 8, 2025 (Thu) 18:00
How to print the bill: EDWARD System → Academics → Registration → Print the bill and make payment within the specified payment period.
7. Important Notes
- · If a student fails to pay during the 1st installment period, the installment payment application will be canceled, and the full tuition amount will be charged.
- · Only students who applied for installment payment will be eligible for installment payment.
- · After installment payment approval, students must print the bill and pay the tuition.
- · Students on installment payment must pay the full tuition for the semester to be eligible for leave of absence or withdrawal.
- · If a student fails to pay any installment amount within the specified period after the 1st installment, they will be expelled, and any paid installment amounts will be refunded according to relevant regulations.
- · Students who fail to make payments within the installment period will be excluded from installment payment eligibility in the next semester.
- · If a student applying for installment payment is eligible for scholarship disbursement, they must pay the full tuition to receive the scholarship.
