Spring 2025 Semester Course Registration Guide
We would like to provide you with the following information regarding the course registration period for the Spring 2025 semester.

2. How to Register for Courses
• Go to the EDWARD system -> Academic Administration -> Classes -> Course Registration (Graduate School).
• When registering, you can search by course number (e.g., AXXXX) or course name.
3. Viewing the Course Schedule
- • EDWARD system -> Academic Administration -> Classes -> View Class Schedule (Day & Evening Division).
- • Visit the Graduate School website -> Scroll down to [Class Schedule] -> Choose Graduate School -> Select department and view the schedule.
4. Important Notes
- • Even after course registration, some courses may change based on department or instructor availability.
- • Details about course operations and specific information for each class can be found in the course syllabus and the course announcements in the Faculty and Learning Support System.
- • For courses without an assigned instructor, the instructor will be determined later through the hiring process.
- • If you need to register for an undergraduate course as a prerequisite, please apply during the undergraduate course registration period.
Undergraduate course registration
(First round: Feb 4 - Feb 7, Adjustment period: Mar 4 - Mar 6)
Please note that this period is different from the graduate school registration period, so make sure to check in advance.
- • For prerequisite courses, please confirm the list by contacting your department before registering.
- • If you cannot register for a course through the EDWARD system (e.g., for a different major, prerequisite courses, or additional 3 credits for doctoral students), please submit the attached form signed by the instructor and department chair to the Graduate School Administration Team via email within the registration period.
- • For other majors, doctoral prerequisites, or additional 3 credits for doctoral students: lee.yuna@kmu.ac.kr
- • For Integrated Bachelor's and Master's program: thk175@kmu.ac.kr
Note: Only doctoral students who have registered for two or more semesters and have an average score of 95 or higher from the previous semester are eligible to apply for an additional 3 credits.
