Notice on Credit Registration for the First Semester of the 2025 Academic Year
We would like to inform graduate students eligible for credit registration that they need to submit their application forms as outlined below.
1. Eligibility (Only currently enrolled students may apply. Students expected to graduate in February 2025 are not eligible for credit registration.)
a. If a student has exceeded the standard duration of their program (4 semesters for Master's/PhD, 8 semesters for Integrated program) and is short by 3 or fewer credits needed for graduation in the 2025 Spring semester (including those 3 credits), they may apply for credit registration.
※ However, if more than 3 credits are missing, the student is considered a regular registrant and not eligible for credit registration (full tuition must be paid).
b. If a student wishes to take more than 9 credits in a semester, they may apply for credit registration.
※ If a doctoral student with an average GPA of 95 or above in the previous semester wants to take 3 additional credits, this is not considered credit registration (they need to submit a course registration form directly to the administrative office during the course registration period).

b. Transcript (1 copy)
3. Submission Deadline: January 23 (Thursday) – January 31 (Friday), 2025
